Technical questions for my application

What should I do if I can’t remember my username and/or password?
Click Find Jobs, and then select “Log back in!” in the top right-hand corner.  Click the “Forgot your password” button in blue and provide your email address. Within minutes, you’ll receive an email with your username and a temporary password, which you’ll have to reset to access your profile.

I’m having difficulties applying online. What should I do? 

Please attempt the following to resolve your issue: 
  • Clear your cache.
  • Clear your cookies.
  • Allow cookies.
  • Enable popups.
  • Restart your browser. 
If you still cannot apply online, please email KDPjobs@keurig.com and someone from our Talent Acquisition team will email you within two business days. Please provide as much detail about your issue as possible, including your email and a screenshot of the error/issue. How can I update my profile and/or resume?

After applying to one of our positions online, you automatically received an email with a link to access your profile and make updates. If you no longer have that email, click here to log in.  You can click “update your candidate profile” to make changes.
